Chocolate Rain

Hi Everyone!

We had a really nice weekend here in Aachen. It was around 75 degrees on Saturday so we went to park and grilled the whole day. Unfortunately around 7:00 something strange happened. It rained for about 5 seconds but then stopped. Then there were little brown dots over everything. It seemed to only happen on our blanket. We aren't sure what it was, perhaps dirty lake water or Superman had an accident. Either way it was very strange and gross. Anyways, nothing too crazy this week. I'm going to Munich on Friday because Enno has a job interview on Friday and Monday. Here some nice pictures from London!

iPhone pics

Hey guys,

I forgot to mention that I got an iPhone. It is the most exciting thing to happen to me since I got married. I only take important pictures with it like when Annie and I had real Goulash for the first time in Prague. Enjoy!

Spring Fever

Hello friends and family,

I'm going to be better with the blogging. Nothing too crazy has been happening in Germany. Enno and I got married on January 1st but I think everyone knew that.

Annie was just here visiting. We had a lot of fun visiting Berlin, Prague, and London. Enno and I want to go back to London because two days was just not enough to time to see everything, including all of the awesome Harry Potter sights .

It's almost April and it's warming up here. We were able to have the first barbecue of the year last Sunday. It was fantastic! One of Enno's friends got a new apartment with a huge balcony. We were able to grill out on the balcony and then eat inside, since it is still March. My main requirement for the next apartment is that it has a balcony for grilling!

I'm looking for a new job since Enno is having lots of interviews right now all over Germany. I was hoping to just publish my memoirs of life in Germany and make millions but I guess no one wants to read about me working at a marketing firm every day from 9-5.
